How is Absolut Elyx produced?
JamesElyx captures and refines the very best of our distinguished heritage. It is manually produced in a copper column still from 1921, only operated by a select few who inherited their knowledge and expertise from past generations of spirit and vodka makers. Elyx is made from a single-estate harvest of Swedish winter wheat and water from the natural underground spring upon which the distillery rests. Each batch of Elyx is 100% traceable, from the planting of the first seed all the way through to distillation and bottling.
