The raw spirit is further rectified using a vintage copper still from 1921 which is hand operated to make our unique fine spirit.
The use of the hand operated copper still involves traditional skills and techniques known only by a select few. It is our unique way in which we use copper that gives Elyx its celebrated rich silky mouth feel and exceptionally smooth finish.
The vintage still is operated entirely by hand using traditional skills and techniques passed down through generations of Swedish vodka makers.
Here again we make full use of the copper and its natural purifying qualities. Every part of the still is made completely out of copper.
Relying on intuition and feel, Krister and his team adjust every knob and turn every lever manually to create a natural, pure, silky mouthfeel.
