Ingredients
3 parts Absolut Elyx
2 parts Conférence Pear Purée
1 part Elderflower Liqueur
1 part Lime Juice
3 parts Ginger Beer
Vessel: Copper Mule Cup
Garnish: Pear Slices
Preparation Level: Moderate
How to Mix
Add first 4 ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake hard. Strain over cracked ice in a Copper Mule Cup, top with ginger beer and stir, then garnish with slices of pear.
