
Ingredients
3 parts Absolut Elyx
1 part Suze
1 part Crème de framboise
1 part Yuzu
1/2 part Ginger juice
3 parts Champagne
Vessel: Copper Dala Horse or Highball glass
Garnish: Mint Sprigs & Strawberries
Preparation Level: Moderate
How to Mix
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice. Shake then strain into a Copper Dala Horse. Top with crushed ice and add Champagne. Garnish with raspberries, lemon slices and mint sprigs.
