1 Part Pimento Dram
2 Parts Pineapple Juice
2 Parts Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
2 Parts Honey Syrup (1:1)
Vessel: Cocktail coupe
Garnish: Dehydrated Pineapple Wheel

How to Mix
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice.
Shake then strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish.
