4 parts Absolut Elyx
½ part Suze
2 parts Homemade Fennel Cordial*
4 parts Freshly Squeezed Pink Grapefruit Juice
1 part Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Vessel: Copper Coupe
Garnish: Grapefruit Zest
Preparation Level: Advanced
How to Mix
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice. Shake then strain into a chilled Copper Coupe and garnish with a grapefruit zest.
