3 Parts Absolut Elyx
5 Parts Chilled Chamomile Tea
5 Parts Peach Juice
2 Parts Elderflower Cordial
1 Part Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Top Soda Water
Vessel: Copper Pineapple
Garnish: Lemon and Mint Sprig
Preparation level: Moderate
How to Mix
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice.
Shake then strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice.
Cap with crushed ice, top with soda and garnish.
