3 Parts Chilled Hibiscus Flower Tea

1 Part Lillet Rouge

1 Part Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

1 Part Homemade Raspberry Cordial*

3 dashes Pernod Absinthe

Vessel: Copper Pineapple

Garnish: Edible Flowers

Preparation level: Advanced

How to Mix

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice.

Shake then strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice.

Cap with crushed ice and garnish.
