Ingredients
5 parts Absolut Elyx
1 part Pimento Dam
3 parts Mango Juice
3 parts Pineapple Juice
2 parts Lime Juice
2 slices Deseeded Red Chili
1 part Sugar Syrup
Vessel: Copper Dala Horse or Highball glass
Garnish: Pineapple Leaves, Mint Sprigs, Chili
Preparation Level: Moderate
How to Mix
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake and strain all the ingredients over cracked ice in a Copper Dala Horse. Top with more ice & garnish with pineapple leaves, mint sprigs and chili.
