Ingredients
2 Parts Absolut Elyx
2 Parts Passion Fruit Puree or Fresh Pulp
1 Part Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 Part Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 Part Agave Syrup (1:1)*
2 Pinches Cayenne Pepper
2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
Vessel: Copper Pineapple
Garnish: Dehydrated Whole Chilli and Passion Fruit

How to Mix
Muddle kaffir lime leaves, add rest of the ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice.
Shake then strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice.
Cap with crushed ice and garnish.
